Buyers FAQ's
Shipping (within the US)
- We offer free shipping! All of our items are delivered using USPS. We utilize the most cost efficient method possible. Please allow 3-7 business days for all domestic shipping. For items that require immediate shipping, we do offer FED EX or UPS over night, however additional fees will apply. Please contact us immediately should you need this service.
- We ship out 6 days a week, and between 1-2 business days once payment has been received. Please ensure that your eBay account has the your most current address.
- We offer Gift Wrapping Services! Just simply contact us, and let us know its destination so we can make proper adjustments.
- Once you have purchased all your items, and payment is made, you’ll receive an email notification with you’re shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Combined Shipping
- We always offer combined shipping! If you are purchasing multiple items please email us @ your point of checkout so we can send you a combined shipment invoice. eBay does not combine shipping automatically.
International Shipping
- We will work closely with you to seek the most cost efficient method for international packages. USPS International Priority Shipping will be our first option, but if you need a faster method of delivery, we will ship USPS International Express. Please let us know ahead of time so we can adjust the price.
- We gladly offer Combined Shipping for international customers. There will be a charge between $5.00 - $10.00 more than what we charge for combined items.
Return Policy
- We offer a very generous 30 day return policy. All items must be in exact condition in which they were received. Unwashed, unworn, original tags in place, and unaltered.
- Once item is received, please allow 2-3 business days for refund.
